Storry's strives to process and ship your order with the utmost care and speed. If you place your order on a working day before 12:00 PM, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is out of stock, causing delivery to take slightly longer. Should we be unable to meet the promised delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Belgium: Shipping costs are €6.90 for small packages weighing less than 2kg. From 5kg, the rate is €8.50.
The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: The shipping costs are €16.50
Other Countries: Shipping costs must be calculated. Orders can be requested via info@storrys.be
Delivery is via BPost or our own transport. Delivery will usually take place within the next 2 to 3 working days. However, we cannot specify or guarantee the exact time of delivery.
Return
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Should a product not meet your expectations, you may report this and return it, provided that the packaging remains intact and unopened. An opened package will no longer allow you to withdraw from the purchase. This right does not apply to business customers.
Email us at info@storrys.be to let us know that you wish to return a product, stating the reason why.
You will receive instructions and a return slip for returning the product via email. Please wait for the return slip before returning a product; we cannot accept returns without one.
Return the product to the return address stated on the return slip. This can be done via Bpost (with tracking) or a courier service of your choice. You are responsible for the return costs.
Incorrect or damaged product
Contact us via info@storrys.be within 2 days of receipt. If damaged, describe the problem with accompanying photos.
If the package already shows damage upon delivery, please report this when signing for the package and add the words “subject to inspection” next to your signature.
Storry's reserves the right to refuse a return if there is a suspicion that the products have already been used.
